By not asking questions, business owners can prohibit their companies from growing, especially if they’re not asking the right questions.
Most entrepreneurs fall into a trap of doing the same thing over and over, experts explained.
According to Mike Michalowicz, author of “Toilet Paper Entrepreneur,” there are two questions you must ask yourself every 90 days: “What have I done in the last 90 days that is bringing in results?” and “What have I done in the last 90 days that is not bringing in results?”
Michalowicz says business owners must be honest in their assessment so that they can really gauge where things are going and where they need to go.
Once entrepreneurs answer those questions, they must start doing more of what is working and do what they can to do less of what is not working.
“You can’t go wrong,” Michalowicz said.
